My strength is not only in my multi-layered education, joy & love to serve people (Banking & Finance / Real Estate Development & Marketing - 2020 MAS degree CUREM at the University of Zurich), but in the timely & successful implementation of numerous large projects in which I was able to bring together the needs of my tenants in creative cohesive overall composition of emotional & functional offerings. As a content leader & mediator, I bring focus content & variant solutions to agreement in regular workshops. As a booster for the project teams, any missing & important knowledge components as well as technical solutions are integrated into the project planning in a scheduled manner & are refreshed.

My strengths lies in recognizing the urban planning requirements & classifying them in the context of the urban structure. I can use my skills from my previous professional experience as an architect, graduate engineer & urban planner in such a way that I set important highlights in terms of communication & content with an initial vision & therefore get the development stone rolling. With my clients, I was able to keep the core of the basic vision visible to everyone throughout the entire process & present it in a digital online 4D x Space gallery. In this interactive vision board, new & old content from all project participants are collected & assigned to main topics in order to then visualize the smallest common interests & biggest problems. Through the diversity of opinions & visions there will be a large & whole vision sharpening of all participants. In an early phase, the new living & working spaces can be developed together more intensively & at a high level.
